The non-stop 9-11 Retrospectives have completely wiped out any coverage of the Affirmative Action Anus in Chief's address. (Masterful timing on Team Obama's part!) Except on NPR, which has been remarkably almost non-committal in its less-than half-hearted support of the effort.

They have managed to take quite a few gratuitous swipes at the simple-minded, fundamentalist, laughably constitutional Republican Obstructionists, though. Just to keep their hand in, I guess.

I really don’t understand his teams philosophy on timing for announcements.

They announce things on Fridays or before important events. Whatever he has to say just gets lost in the background noise.

Who does that?

This dingbat should have announced his supposed plan while Congress was out and called for their return. Not setting the other side up for an argument very well.

And it might be convenient to have actually penned his gratuitous demands on paper and then sent it up the street for all to review.

Well, I don't know if it was us, or the American Thinker, or a combination of things, but caught with their pants down, PBS has reversed itself. This is what is on the site now:
"We all remember Abraham Lincoln as the leader who saved our Union. Founder of the Republican Party"
