Obama and Biden scare me in this pic, but Boehner makes me laugh because for once he looks pretty normal! (I don’t hate Boehner he’s just not usually very photogenic.)

Obozo is so full of himself that like Slick Willie, he loves to hear the sound of his own voice. But he is much more dangerous than Slick Willie.
Boehner looked as if he was working hard to maintain his composure throughout the entire speech.
I bet he chewed the inside of his cheek raw in an effort to avoid breaking out in laughter every time Obama chanted “Pass it now!”
