Actually,imo, there are different types of conservatives. The WSJ falls into the the ruling class conservative group. You'll notice that those attacking or being dismissive of Palin nearly all fall into this group. They've also aided and abetted the liberals in the nearly total destruction of our country. Intellectuals, my ass.
Then you have the peasant class conservatives.(most of us,me for sure) Well, those of us in this class have had a belly full of the elites and are not going to put up with their crap anymore. They know it and they're scared. Lashing out at Palin is no different than lashing out at us. As Palin goes, so do we. That's why I get my hackles up when someone goes after her. They just attacked me, too. I don't know if I made any sense here or not. LOL
