I will accept your post as your sincerest apology. :)

I would like an explanation from you as to why you have been so willing to parrot leftist talking points; when have they ever been correct?

What "leftist talking point" have I been parroting? My opinions are MY OPINIONS.

I personally gave up waiting for Palin to make up her mind. If you check my posting history, I was one of her staunchest supporters and I will support her if she runs in 2020, or if she runs for any other elected office. She should announce to replace John Kyle in Arizona. I will contribute to her campaign for Senator.

If the snowstorm survives in Hell, then I will volunteer on her campaign for President if she wins the nomination in 2012. But that's not going to happen.

Sarah Palin should have jumped in earlier than Perry. Perry took the wind out of her sails and now she is so far behind and her negatives are so high that she is simply out of the running by any objective standard. If she jumps in now, she will do nothing more than suck off enough of the Perry support to ensure Romney is our next nominee.

The Palin supporters who spend their time trolling the Perry Threads and calling him a RINO are doing nothing to garner support for Palin and are doing their best to garner support for Romney. Perry ain't perfect, but he's a whole lot better than McCain was and a whole lot better than Romney. He can win not only the nomination but the general. Palin can't win the nomination and can't win the General. Not in 2012 anyway. If Romney gets the nomination, I will support her for the 2016 nomination, [provided she can make up her mind to run by then] :-)

I think she didn't jump in because she knows she can't beat obama. By being coy about her intentions she keeps her following strong which has also created some business opportunities for her. All in all pretty smart on her part.

Perry is not significantly different than Romney, McCain, Dole, or W.
