An acquaintance has said that insurance has now billed for an urgent care visit. This person has excellent benes.
Corporations are already slashing benes and upping the cost for less care. This year’s are ‘killer.’
Technically it won’t matter what it is called. Courts often look at “substance over form” so if left-leaning judges decide that in substance, even if not by name, it is a tax, they will decide it as such.
