Just heard on the radio they’ve upped the evacuation order in W-B to 70,000 residents.

Lot's of conflicting reports. Some guy just called the local talk show and said the authorities are lying and the river is rising at an alarming rate and will crest way above the 41’. Like I said they changed the evacuation time from 4pm to 2pm.
