http://www.wnep.com/news/ The river will crest at 40 feet tonight. They are evacuating the area all along the river, about 20,000 residents in Wilkes Barre and 100,000 total in the towns along the Susquehanna river.
Interstate 80 by me here at work is closed not because Bloomsburgh exit if flooded out. We expect an influx of trucks coming into our industrial park now.

I thought W-B built dikes after Agnes came though in '72 (to those in Rio Linda, that is 1972...not 2072!). Didn't they built it TALL ENOUGH??
