Horse****. The "honorable thing" if you are in a job situation you don't like is to resign with proper notice. A concerted walkout planned for one of the busiest nights of the year is a lot of things. It most certainly isn't the "honorable thing to do".
Your points about regulation and taxation are not lost on me, but the workers deserved to get fired.
A la “Fight Club”, I think on that evening it would have been wise to avoid the clam chowder... :^P
I agree, they should have given proper notice.
Damnit! Turn it into a government restaurant and raise taxes! That’s how you do things in California.
