When a man needs a teleprompter to talk to a 5th grade class, I would hardly call him another Demosthenes. Obama off teleprompter just stammers and spouts sound bites and I am sure hasn’t written any of his speeches without an army of writers helping.

His writers don't "help" him. They do the job with the help of whoever is the source of the ideas and policies employed. One reason I don't think he even has his own ideas is that someone continually putting out all these failed and failing policies must not be connected to their implementation or effects at all It must be someone who has no personal responsibility for the failure, someone who will not face election or even identification. If the kenyan were the source for any of it he would be desperately trying other approaches at this point, unless the man actually is of less than average intelligence.
