Absolutely. My problem is that is was being used to condemn the innocent, and probably still is.
Maybe it has nothing to do with Perry, maybe it all rests on the AG, I don’t know. It’s just something that bothers me.
I cant imagine the horror of being condemned for a crime I did not commit. It can happen, it has happened.
That being said Perry simply defends the condoned practices of the People he governs - right and proper for a public servant. All politicians ARE public servants, after all.
The death penalty? I'm for it, especially nnow that DNA evidence can prove/disprove, guilt.
