He’ll have a picture taken of him looking out the window of Air Force 1 at the ‘devastation’, while flying out to California for some fundraisers.
Or he’ll decide to land in Austin and have a fundraiser followed by a helicopter ride to Bastrop where he can look concerned before he takes the money and runs. When he comes to Texas he always stops in Austin for some cash.
