The reason I went full internet route on bills, bill paying, checks etc. is to save on postage, trips to the post office, trips to the bank. I rarely if ever need cash any more. Even Taco Bell now accepts credit cards. Also, I can schedule paying my bills on the last due date instead of mailing several days ahead through snail mail. I also get instant receipt.

Over 15+ years I have never had a problem with internet transactions, but several problems with mail deliveries.

I use the USPS.....and frankly I cannot complain. I've shipped many, many items with them..and I've had very, very few problems.

That said....I also pay many bills via the web.

I live in a very rural area.....We have USPS offices in extremely tiny towns. They need to close them. The carriers could take up the slack in those areas.

And I'd be fine with 4 or 5 day service.

But I'm guessing the Postal Union....will have the final say.
