(CNSNews.com) - Republican leaders are reminding President Obama that the House of Representatives has passed more than a dozen "pro-growth" measures to spur job creation, but with one exception, Senate Democrats have refused to consider any of those bills.
In a letter to the president on Tuesday, House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) and Majority Leader Eric Cantor (R-Va.) listed all the House-passed "jobs" bills that are now languishing in the Senate.

I hope boehner doesn’t expect any of the other networks, who are down with the DNC narrative, to report this.
POTUS doesn’t care. He doesn’t do logic and facts. It’s all about emotion and getting himself reelected while turning America into a utopian police state (now there is a contradiction for you!).
They didnt included repealing Obama-care ! :)
I think that Obama is just doing what he knows how to do, which is “community organizing.” That’s where you make a speech and try to get one group of people to give money to the other group of people that you just got riled up. He must not have been very good at it.
Didn’t Harry reconvene the Senate yesterday by lying about Republican obstruction?
Well, if they have the cojones to do it, one reason would be to sit there and only applaud when there is an actual statement by PBO with which they could even remotely agree.
And otherwise, to simply sit there, not scowling, but also not showing any kind of approval, nonverbal or verbal. Just being a cold presence damping out the ‘enthusiasm’ of the Dims.
Seems as though the Senate Democrats are hoping to GAIN politically by the country hurting.
No, these all appear to be fundamental how-you-see-the-universe issues. For example, the Republicans are trying to change a law that currently requires states to set aside 10% of their high funds for transportation museums, buying bicycle easements, etc. The Republicans want the states to decide how to use the money instead of a federal law saying it has to go towards, among other things, pedestrian education. The difference is Democrats want to use the law to force whatever the Progressive flavor of the week is on people and the Republicans are trying to stop it.
I suspect that the Democrats dons see their obstruction as creating more pain for the public. After all, pedestrian education and transportation museums are GOOD things; well worth a few jobs.
let’s not expect the alphabet stations to report this or the CNSNews story.
Bump
I think they should all attend out of respect, and when the President rebuffs that show of respect by starting into his tired old blame Bush/GOP meme, they should yawn, lean back, and go to sleep. Snoring would be good.
The House should send a list of the bills passed to the Food Stamp President and the Senate and then adjourn until they get to work. Don’t pass anything else until every bill passe4d by the House is voted on in the Senate.
