Yeah, make another law. Heck, federalize it too so they can be charged in state and federal court. Statists always want to criminalize stupidity and no class.
I never suggested creating a new law, but for sake of argument lets roll with your take on this and say that I did. Is your objection based solely on a numerical plane regarding law? If another law was struck down, would you no longer object based on the fact that the number of laws would remain static?
Or do you approve of the sexualization of young children?
