The GOP leadership hates the Tea Party as much as the Rat do.
So if the GOP leadership remains mum about this comment (as well as all the others made by CBC) we can also conclude that it is tantamount to the GOP saying it themselves?

Perhaps, but the statement was directed,for the most part, at the Tea Party, and to a lesser extent Republicans. Noone wants this threat leveled at them. That would be irrational.
