So you don't throw used AA batteries in the trash? You recycle florescent light bulbs? You walk 3 blocks to the crosswalk when there isn't a car in sight? You claim every Nickle you find on the parking lot ground as income on your tax forms? You carry an unloaded gun in your car when driving in dangerous neighborhoods?
There are literally hundreds of thousands of unenforced laws on the books, and you obey every one of them?
If a law is not enforced, I don't bother obeying it. I jut assume it is not the law. That is how illegal aliens view the immigration laws. They are not enforced. That's why we have millions of them living here care free.
If you're dumb, you don't know if you are, or, are not breaking laws.
