Not spitting in the wind at all! My candidate is in and now clearly in the lead. (How is yours doing? Well here, I’ll give you a little hint....);
She's not running for President because it would cut into her half-marathon participation? :-)
I'm betting that when she makes her decision, being able to run in local races will NOT be a factor.
