You are absolutely correct. The MSM will get more traction from all the old attacks they have already used against her. Because they are not being used at the moment is because the MSM believes Palin will stay out of the race.

Her latest attacks on the GOP is also serving their purpose quite well. I also believe they hope she enters the race because it will cause incredible chaos among the Conservative base between her, Perry and Bachmann. Romney could pull another 2008 and sneak in the back door.
