Can't be. According to the story, the plane was intercepted at 4:45 PM. They don't give the time that Marine One was forced to land , but the story that ABC posted was at 4:16 PM. That was well after Carneys news conference on the matter. So, the Marine One incident must have been at least an hour before the Piper incident.

Glad you brought up the Marine One incident......seems to have gotten lost some where along the time line. Perhaps someone else will bring all up to speed on that. Haven't heard word one about that incident on the networks yet, probably due to rewrites, scripting and the selection of a credible (?) announcer. Threats to POTUS's safety are taken seriously.

Well, that about covers Friday's and Saturday's. What's in store for Sunday.....a rabid gopher on the golf course?
