If he was, he would have done it by now using the powers he has as governor. But he has not.

Which means he would not do anything else to secure the border. No troops patrolling the border, no guard towers, no armed drones, no unarmed drones, no land mines, no dmz, no nothing

You want to help pay for it? That is the job of the feds...but they are too busy shutting down our drilling rigs and refineries!

You're not willing to step up to the plate and say enough is enough. The buck stops here. Arizona is stepping up to the plate. Why doesn't Texas? Don't you think we're already paying that much and more on the current government freebies?
