With Mexican troops available for the job I see no reason to send American boys out to shoot men, women and children trying to slip into the country.
Just make a deal and hire the Mexican army. They know where to look.

There were about 30 Mexican Army just last month who drove their humvees across the Donna international bridge but claimed they were lost when they got caught. We did nothing but point them south.
