That's splitting hairs and you know it. Again, he's had 10 years to do something in Texas, and all he's done is poo-poo what other states are doing under the guise 'its not right for Texas'. Meanwhile, the number of illegals is rising as does the burden on the Texas taxpayer.

I dont think Texas law is right for Virginia either. Very true. Upon which foreign border would Virgina build a fence? Send the National Guard for protection? Set land off-limits to citizens (as is the case in AZ)?
Oh wait...It was TX good law vs. AZ bad law. Sorry....I forgot to care about Virginia's laws.
