In case you’re interested, it’s on C-SPAN, channel 27, starting at 9:30AM, which C-SPAN’s crawler is saying is an approximate time. Since the event is live, and they’re having some major rain, that could be causing a delay. It’s a 3-hour event, Governor Palin is the last speaker on the program, and her speech is said to be 30 minutes long.
If they’re gonna make all these people wait in the rain for 2 hours+ to hear her..they should change the schedule....I hope someone has some common sense..
