At about 1:25, Singleton mouths some silent words to the audience about Sarah running. Can you or anybody else reading this make out what he’s saying?

He was saying, "it's not only going to be about the governor's vision IF she runs..." and then appears to mouth "WHEN SHE RUNS!"

I for one, am hoping this will be Sarah's speech:

"Everyone is speculating as to whether or not I will announce that I am running for President, and today, I'm not going to do that.

Instead, today, I am announcing my intention to WIN the Presidency!"
