Hmmm... White businesses go under, they fire people. Since a few of these businesses are blue collar type jobs, it would stand to argue that some of their employees might be of color.
Get rid of the regs, people will start to hire again. Apparently race baiting means more to the administration then putting people to work.
Guess if you are an idiot and are more concerned about your race than your job, you get what you deserve.
