Our “government”, especially our so called “courts” are out of control. JUST DEPORT THE BASTARDS!First and foremost, roll back the court's powers by putting in real tort reform. When courts have no limit as to the takings they may seize, there is in reality no limit to their powers. By limiting judgments, congress reasserts the power over the courts and brings them back in line - not to mention limiting liability and lowering insurance costs at the same time.
