Sure it can. No one knows except Palin and her family, as most Palin supporters here have said. But for Fund to use his media pedestal to state speculation as fact in the MSM is ludicrous.
Fund, BTW, is the epitome of beltway RINOism. You can bet his wishful thinking goes into much of what he's written.
