He never started pandering in the first place. Just like ANY good politician that listens to ALL their constituents whether they are voting for them or not, Perry and other Texas Republicans do listen to La Raza, sometimes give speeches to them, listen to concerns, etc. why, that’s where the votes are. he hasnt and wont pander by changing principles or basic positions.
