Also helps those professional baby-sitting services.Possible unintended consequences include more stay at home moms, licensing requirements, training classes, background checks and other hoops to jump through before you can be a babysitter.In the beginning these things appear to be good for the worker. In the end, not so much. Some years ago there was a push in California to require special training and licensing to sell antiques.Usually there is someone pushing this sort of legislation who is all set with their “training” or “school” which one must attend in order to get the special “license”.
