I’m in favor of a rape exception — although I agree that overlaps with mental health. What I’m not in favor of is women who are “depressed” because their boyfriend dumped them or because it’s rainy outside being able to get abortions because they were too stupid to use birth control. Got it? See the difference? The mental health exception is wide enough to drive a truck through. I won’t hold a woman accountable for having a child put in her against her will. I will hold all the others accountable, however.
