In a lot of cases, those on the school boards are spouses of those on the other side of the “negotiating” table. And if they are not spouses, they are other relatives or friends, or former teachers themselves.

What we’ve had in WI for decades, are school boards that are nothing more than partners in crime with the teacher’s union and public teachers.

They’re all on the same side, with the taxpayer having no say at all.

It will take years to root out all the corruption. This double dipping scam is technically legal, but morally bankrupt. Like so many things that liberals do.

“Gotta be kickbacks to those making hiring decisions ” most managers are former union members and union supporters. They get all the extra benefits too. What they do not want to do is hire is new young people who might worry more about layoffs than squeezing every last cent from the taxpayers.
