ok so Obama has decided to have his own legislative powers seperate from the legislature. We now have two legislative bodies.
Who has standing to sue?

Judicial Watch, the public interest group that investigates and prosecutes government corruption, announced today that it has obtained documents from the Obama Department of Homeland Security (DHS) detailing behind-the-scenes efforts by the Obama administration to bypass Congress and grant amnesty to at least one million illegal aliens by suspending immigration deportation proceedings against “DREAM (Development, Relief, and Education for Alien Minors) Act kids” and other illegal aliens.

this has been the plan all along by repubs and dems. the fastest path to citizenship is to get pulled over by the cops for breaking the law.
why do you think we cant secure our own border? repubs and dems are risking american lives 10 years after 9/11 for votes.
why can we not get representatives elected who feel the same as 75% of americans? they will decide who our neighbors will be while they live in gated communities and drive around in motorcades. and there is nothing we can do about it except vote d or democrat lite.

The 2010 elections screwed things up when the Republicans took control in the House and he desperately needs those other 4 years to complete the destruction of this country as a lame duck. Who knows, after 4 more years he may just decide he’s going to stay there forever. The man is insane. America is undergoing a coup and doesn’t even realize it.

Beginning with the U.S. Department of Education including it's SWAT Team. DOE, EPA, OSHA, HS, TSA....need I go on? Close up shop and move any worthwhile functions back to the States. IT IS TIME!
