I so hope you're right. After this buildup it would be a complete embarassment for Obama. Kind of like the magician getting on stage and fishing around in his hat saying to the audience "Hold on, hold on. I swear I put that rabbit in here somewhere."

You may be on to something there. Maybe he will use some portion of Obacare or emergency powers to grab some of that idle capital say IRAs, pension plans and 401(k)s. The Obots' problem it would be hard for even a Democrat to vote for extra money while we are AA+.
