Your scenario could be the correct one. I’m sticking with sly old Biden issuing himself a public insurance policy against the underside of Obama’s bus. Some Dems are itching to see Obama’s primaried. Others are just frantic over his loss of popularity. There is no single move he could make that would boost him more than canning Biden and tapping Hillary. [Get your mind out of the gutter.] Biden is not smart but he’s canny. He’s saying ‘I’m in the veep slot to stay; bite me’.
