The MSM is scared to death of Perry, so the smear campaign is on. To me, there's nothing wrong with “seeing the light” and changing parties. I think the ideology of the Democrat party has changed dramatically over the years, and not for the good. If someone else sees this and can no longer abide by the change, what's the big deal if he does change.

Just look at it this way. 1988 to 2008 is 20 years, just as 1944 to 1964 was 20 years. In 1944 Ronaldus Magnus was a liberal DemonRat. By 1964 he'd become the greatest of conervative Republicans. Looks to me like Perry's on exactly the same track.
