all the news snippets and reports that I’ve been hearing are stating that Obama is going to make a joint session speech next wens nite...as if it’s written in stone.
I heard it on our FOX affiliate hear in MO and on the ABC radio news at the top of each hour.

I just heard on the radio news that Obama is going to speak Thursday night.
