Hmm, Robert Schindler only lived to 71. Not an exceptionally long life, but as they say, it’s better to live 5 minutes as a lion than 50 years as a worm.

Hmm, Robert Schindler only lived to 71. Not an exceptionally long life, but as they say, it’s better to live 5 minutes as a lion than 50 years as a worm. My understanding is that he had had a minor heart condition for some time and that the strain of seeing his beloved daughter tortured and murdered took a serious toll on his health.
The grace and courage that the Schindler family showed in the face of incredible horror and injustice will always be an inspiration to me.
