This is all way past just mistakes. It is part and parcel of a concerted pattern of fraud against the US taxpayers by left wing investors, non-profits and their political pawns....they know who they are... and they know there will be a day when they are called out to account for the billions in green energy fraud.
I want to see the media characterize green efforts with phrases like "controversial", "despite previous failures", "yet to be proven", "actual performance vs. expected" etc.
Instead they are just a bunch of bobbleheads.
