>> But logically, those are the only two possibilities......
Isn’t there a third possibility? Doesn’t she earn her living as a commentator/pundit? And isn’t one of her interests to advance conservative politics in general?
She might be going to where the action is simply to *further her own interests*, even if those interests don’t involve running for POTUS this cycle. She, like everyone, is endowed by our Creator with the freedom to pursue happiness, no?
Doesnt she earn her living as a commentator/pundit? And isnt one of her interests to advance conservative politics in general?”
I would say no to both of those. The main game in town now is to oust obama. The survival of the Republic depends on it.
There comes a point when you have to get with that program in one way or another, ie, by backing a candidate, or by becoming a candidate. This is FAR TOO important to mess around with.
If she has chosen the commentator pundit route, that’s fine, good with her. But she has a moral obligation at this stage to be clear about that and she should not draw any attention to herself as a potential candidate. For her to know that she is not running, but to behave this way (Iowa followed by NH) would be morally inexcusable.
Like I said, I have no earthly idea what she is going to do. But if she doesn’t run, shame on her.
