Its not only wrong on the principle that it is a euphemism (i.e. bull____), but because its actually misleading because very often they have plenty of documents:
President Obamas accused drunken-driving uncle who was busted after a near collision with a Framingham cop has had a valid Social Security number for at least 19 years, despite being an illegal immigrant ordered to be deported back to Kenya, the Herald has learned.
The presidents 67-year-old uncle, Obama Onyango, has had a valid Massachusetts drivers license and Social Security number since at least 1992, said Registry of Motor Vehicles spokesman Michael Verseckes.
By the way, the Obama administration has said it wanted to deport the criminals aliens. Will this apply to Mr. Onyango?

Identity theft and fraud: it only counts if you’re white and not “oppressed.”
Finally someone heard me! I have been saying this since the "undocumented" misnomer first started being trial ballooned. Not only are they illegal aliens, they are almost exclusively illegally documented.
Notice the sign says you “MAY” be prosecuted..” as in you may be struck by lightning.
Does Slobama have ANY relatives that are here legally?
The word is that Onyango Obama has never voted. Boston talk host/newspaper columnist Howie Carr mentioned that yesterday. He also feels Obama will not be deported.
In fact Carr started his column today saying Uncle Omar isn’t registered to vote.
>>The only thing that surprises me is that the town of Framingham reports that Uncle Omar is not registered to vote. So what if the presidents half-uncle is an illegal alien? You think that stops the, ahem, undocumented workers? You know what they say: Theyre only here to vote for the Democrats that Americans wont vote for anymore.
>>First, its use of “undocumented” to replace illegal would make shoplifters undocumented shoppers and trespassers undocumented guests/visitors.
I jokingly say that we need to be politically correct, on radio messageboards—that perhaps a pirate (illegal) station is simply an “undocumented broadcaster”. And in fact
“Notices of Unauthorized Operation/Apparent Liability” from
the FCC do mention that, ahem, there is no indication that the broadcast is legal in their records. “You were observed broadcasting on 95.1 MHz on date. Our records show there is
no license for broadcasting on that frequency in this location.” (or words to that effect)
All we need are political leaders who honor their oath of office and apply the law.
Well it was a tongue in cheek comment. Point is any illegal looking at that sign knows the probablility of being prosecuted is low.
Since the sign was only in English and the vegetation very green, I'm betting it was on the Canadian border. I have not found one on the Mexican Border. "Our" government probably would not put one there for fear of offending Mexico and Mexicans.
When "our" government doesn't acknowledge U.S. laws - but hides them from view to win the favor of certain foreigners - it is as bad as it gets.
Both Presidents G. W. Bush and Barack Obama have refused to enforce U.S. immigration laws.
Agreed. That’s why a candidate like McCain was not (and will not be) an real alternative to Obama.
And speaking of crypt-Democrats, McCain made himself a jackass by supporting his opponent (double entendre intended).
