In my opinion, there’s a lot of hyperbole an fear-mongering going on where there should be calm, resoned debate.
I'd say "never" gives his opinion, merely twists what others say out of recognition and tries to pin it on them. Anyone who's ever dealt with him knows his dirty tactics.

Giving an opinion isn’t always a good thing, by the way. My dad always said that opinions are like buttholes, everyone has one and most of them stink. Opinions don’t necessarily matter in debate. The facts in question do.
