After the "gas crisis" of the early 70s, our San Francisco suburv of about 75,000 organized an "Energy Task Force," of which I was a member.

Long story short, after 10 years of meetings, reports, self-serving input from the alternative energy scammers, the group was disbanded. Tons of paperwork, studies and scams later, the underlying problems we had then are still there.

You can't hide the fact that ALL alternative energy sucks up tons of normal energy as well as taxpayer money for very minimal results.

After 40 years of my personal experience, literally nothing has changed.
