I am against birthright citizenship. The Founders never defined natural born citizen beyond what is in the Constitution. Today, anyone born on US soil (with a few exceptions pertaining to diplomats) is a US citizen. That is the current law of the land. Eventually, it will be up to SCOTUS to divine the intentions of the Founders on jus solis citizenship.
