How so? Some facts to support your comment would be nice.
Because we were let down by McCain because he did not represent all of our conservative values, we also let down our support when the need was there. That lapse in support, in my opinion, helped give Zer0 the election. Let us not make that mistake again.
You are getting so precious, I can smell it. God love you!
The governor signed a law in 2005 that prevents a free road from being converted to a toll road. This is current law under the Transportation Code, Chapter 228.201 and he signed SB 18 on May 19, 2011, a bill which strengthened property owners rights when eminent domain is exercised by a government entity. Eminent domain land grabs were one of the big concerns that Texans had relating to the TTA.
Unlike the current administration in Washington, Rick Perry heard the people and backed off.
In the campaign for AZ Senate 2010 (J.D. Hayworth v McCain), Palin (to my great surprise) ENDORSED McCain—a political payback I’m told. IMO, this just about sealed the outcome, and the country suffers until 2016. Not a very patriotic act to me. She wrote her political check while putting the inevitable result on the people. (She could have stayed out altogether which would have been better all round)
