I thought of that. If that happened, if the Dems did any court challenge at all about Rubios eligibility it would open pandoras box for zero in a big way.

we would then demand(and the DBM could not hide that news very long) to see where he was born, who the real parents are etc. etc. etc.

I don't think the Democrap party could stand all the answers to all those questions.It would tear that party apart.

On the NBC post-Messiah, I don't think any ex post facto ruling would bind on his destructive Presidency in any way. To try to rule that ALL EO's and Legislation he signed were therefore null and void due to ineligibility (he WAS Certified) would touch off the second Civil War in this country, between blacks vs. whites, Illegals and whites, and moonbat fringe/great unwashed and the risk would be to great to nullify the illegitmate Presidency of Obama.

That said, I would support Rubio in a heartbeat, but for his not meeting the NBC Qualification test.

One thing about Principle; you either have it, or you don't. You can't disregard it and call yourself "one who believes in the Framers' Intent", and look the other way just because it fits your desire.
