This is why I like Sarah Palin or Michelle Bachman; I don't feel either one of them is true "Presidential material", but I feel confident that they can do the job that "we-the-people" want them to do, (with the help of a very strong and talented cabinet and advisors). I'm not a feminist in any way whatsoever, I strongly oppose women leading men. But in these times there is an exception to that rule, as in UK in decades past with Margeret Thatcher, and in times gone by where Joan of Arc did a divinely magnificent job of leading men. Men today simply don't remind me of the American men I grew up knowing and admiring. Feminism, political correctness and narcissism are what I see in many, if not most, of our male political leaders today. Let's face it, they're running scared of political correctness, leaving their backbones, virtues and characters in the dustbin in lieu of power and money. And they're so phoney one can see through them like looking through a clear window.
I do not, at least, view Palin or Bachman as phonies in any way. With them what you see is what you get. And these times do not demand perfect speeches and perfect "Presidential models", they demand honesty, a love for America, a love for God, a love for our Constitution, and a love for the people they serve. Many people, including the "experts" of the times, (Generals, politicians and other learned Americans, did not think George Washington was the right man for the job. His military experience was shallow, and he was not a "tried and tested" leader. But he had heart and guts, and he loved the concept of a FREE AMERICA, and would sacrifice whatever it took to make that happen. That is what is needed today, once again.
Rick Perry is just as much as pro illegal immigration supporter as Obama. But he has an R by his name.
He’s as much of a flip-flopper as John Kerry, but he has an R by his name.
He’s as corrupt as Rod Blagoavich but he has an R by his name.
