Obama's "plan" will be a tar baby for the Republicans. It'll be full of the usual Socialist spending pablum. Then, when the Republicans reject it, Obama can run on "I had a plan to fix the economy, but the Republicans wouldn't let it pass!" and the failure of the economy will be stuck to the GOP.
