I thought it was Mark Steyn at first- And I think Steyn is so brilliant I feel smarter every time I read him or listen to him on Rush.
Mark Steyn gets all his ideas from people like us who are too honest to bother with the “mainstream” and who never had any desire to write for the Jonah Goldberg/K-Lo/”Ramesh Ponnoru” version of “National Review.”
There are lots of writers like this out there. If you are in the know, you know where to find those blogs and webzines. Google searches for terms like “Amerika” and “Outlaw Conservatism” and “Black Run Amerika” and “SBPDL” turn up all kinds of interesting results.
