If that is representative of his overall writing, I can see why he locked up almost all the evidence. That is the writing style of a man using words he does not fully comprehend...AKA using big or ‘smart’ words to sound impressive and hide a lack of knowledge.
Or he wrote it in the third grade.
This is the reason they use the teleprompter. They are more afraid of mistakes than they are of the ridicule he gets here and abroad for TOTUS.

We used to have a phrase in the Army that describes this nicely, If you cant blind them with brilliance baffle them with bull$***.
I commented on this after watching him sign some document (probably ObamaCare or some similar nonsense, splashed across the evening news); he looked very uncomfortable writing. At the time people said it was because he is left-handed, but I don’t buy it. I’ve seen lefties write, and this wasn’t the same; he looked like someone who hadn’t lifted a pen since third grade.
I once had a black t/sgt, who must have been socially promoted. He once told a group of us to "Simonize" our watches, meaning synchronize them, of course.
By the third grade, my children knew how to employ declarative sentences and avoid the passive voice.
As this letter was written by an adult, there is no way that only a few years later he could have written a book. Certainly not a book that would actually be published and become a best-seller.
