Obama or any part of the government does not create ANY private sector job. The only thing the government does is stifle private sector job creation with taxes, regulations and an overbearing bureaucracy.
The best thing the government can do is just get the hell out of the way.
It’s time for people to begin to understand that Obama won’t change his tactics because he is getting the results he wants.
He is doing this on purpose.
Obama insists on “targeted”, “focused”, and temporary measures while the economy’s revival requires broad based, systemic, and permanent reform.
Why Obama economy won’t improve:

Obama’s economic plan will not work because, simply, it will not create self sustained economic activity. The real problem is that throwing money into the economy will not achieve any long term good results. It will help a little bit short term. However, once the funds are gone, so the benefit or effect the money had on the economy. However, the money used for the stimulus will contribute even more to inflation. Don’t believe the government when they say inflation is under control, it is not, look at the price of gold and look at a small bottle of Tylenol that now costs almost $8.00.
Why this model does not work? As I said, it does not sustain the economic cycle. An economy cycle is fueled not by money. Generation of money, or wealth, is the net result of economic activity. The fuel of economic activity is simply, natural resources. Take for example sand. How much is worth to you 10 pounds of sand? Nothing, unless you want lay some bricks in your house. However, Intel takes this natural resource which is really called silicon, and transforms it into crystal wafers that are then used to create the Computer chip that is in your electronic devices. Now, we are talking...
You are now willing to take the transformed Silicon and pay from $100 to over $2000 depending on the CPU you want or need, how powerful it is. Hence, it is when a business takes natural resources and transform them to add “utilitarian value” that is perceived to be worth more than the cost of the natural resources, or raw material used. The consumers are willing to pay for that product.
Hence, this is what generates economic cycle. Now, let me say something, the trillions of dollars that Obama wants to use to stimulate the economy will create great amount of economic activity, but not here in the US. It will create economic activity in China, Korea, Malaysia, and other countries but not in the USA. Why, because we are going to use that money to buy products manufactured in those countries, not here in the US? Why? Simply, because the US stopped producing or manufacturing many products many years ago. BTW, this is called Redistribution of Wealth which has been one of the main objectives of the Democratic Party.
The Democrats and also the Republicans by their stupidity or their wallets have contributed to this problem. You see, we have mercantile laws that protect us from foreign countries that pay slave salaries, like the countries I mentioned above, to dump products in our markets. Simply, because our economy is more advanced, and our wages are higher. Hence, these countries manufacture those products cheaper than we can. Hence, when the products are dumped here in the US, they have an unfair cost advantage. They lower the price of their products to a point where our companies cannot compete.
Hence, they either went bankrupt or move manufacturing to these countries. Then how is it possible if we have mercantile laws that were supposed to protect our markets? Ahh, the democratic congress pushed for “Trade Agreements” with these countries saying that this was good for the country and for US consumers. It did gave us cheap products but at what price? We have lost most of our industrial manufacturing base.
If you download the Trade Balance and Balance of Payments documents from the Department Of Commerce, you will see that both started to become negative and have been negative since 1974, the first time they went negative. It does not take 2 cents to verify that Democrats started to push for these Trade Agreements as early as 1960. The Trade Balance measures all the money we going out or coming into the US from selling or buying manufactured products. If it is negative then we are buying more than we are exporting and that means that money left the US. The Balance of Payments adds services like tourism and consulting etc.
I will say the Redistribution of Wealth has been a success. Let me point out that every job that was lost when we closed manufacturing plants also affects other jobs since for every person that lost their job in manufacturing 5 to 10 additional jobs were lost from businesses that supported the manufacturing company employees. This is a well know economic effect.
Hence, Obama really does not know anything about basic economic principles. Maybe he does but he wants to turn this country into a Socialist/Communist country, this is a fact. Read his books. Hence, maybe they want the economy to fail so that they can create more dependency on the government.
If we don’t stop this now, well, I love my freedom and I will like my children to also have the same freedom I had. A free enterprise economy works and the US is prove of it. Communism/Socialism does not work. I am willing to debate this with the best Communist/Socialist person only if they have an open mind to understand why these economic systems do not work. If they want to research a bit, the go ahead and study the principles of supply and demand and how it works as it creates economies of scales, maximization of utilization of natural resources and more.
I don’t want to talk about Social Justice because as we can see from Obama’s Ideas the worst injustices are commited on the name of their view of Social Justice. Let me end with this. One of these altruist Democrats will start by saying: It is not fair that this rich people buy a Big Yacht/Boat or a Big Plane.
I will then add: How about if they buy a row boat or just a Hand-glider? Is that OK? They will say, well, yes that is OK. I will then say: Howe about a 20 footer boat, or a glider? Is that OK? They will probably say: Well you are pushing it but that is OK. Now look what happens. The company that made the small row boat or small yacht, employs from 10 to 50 people. They use less than 100 parts. The same with the glider. However, how many parts are required to build a large luxurious plane? Or a Large Luxurious Boat? Hundreds of thousands of parts with thousands of companies involved, which employ hundreds of thousands employees. Do you see the stupidity of their rationale?
Don’t take me wrong Obama and Democrats are not bad people. It is just that they are ignorant, they don’t want to open their minds and learn these concepts. Once you learn what I just explain, wouldn’t then you say: “Please, let these people buy large planes, the largest and most luxurious they can, and large expensive boats as they are helping companies that are employing hundreds of thousands of people.
Hence, what do we need to sustain economic recovery? A government that recognizes these things and that will amend these trades agreements so that ANY COUNTRY that wants to sell products in the US will have to manufacture them in the US. We did this with many countries after WWII, we had to manufacture in those countries as every one of them have also mercantile laws and we used to respect them. Hence, we help them to develop their economies and also helped us develop ours as we were able to manufacture and sell the same products in different countries, selling them at the prices their economies would sustain, make profit, and everyone won.
That is the real solution and it does not take that much to change it just a paper, a pen, and Ink and signature of a President and Government that truly represents the Interests of All Americans. I hope you all read this copy it fix it as I am writing this in a hurry, in the hopes that people will open their minds and make the right decisions in the upcoming elections. Frankly the future of this nation is at stake, and our freedom as well.
